UV Disinfection Robot
Product Description
Synertek’s UVC Disinfection Robot (UDR) is designed to support safer, more consistent environmental disinfection in hospitals, laboratories, public facilities, and other high-risk indoor spaces. Its core purpose is to reduce microbial contamination on exposed surfaces by delivering controlled ultraviolet-C radiation while limiting the need for personnel to enter potentially contaminated areas. By automating repetitive disinfection tasks, the UDR can improve coverage, reduce human exposure, and complement established cleaning protocols. The system is mobile, remotely operated, and intended for deployment in areas where dependable infection-control measures are essential. Field trials of the developed robot were successfully conducted at PAEC General Hospital, Islamabad, providing practical validation of its operation in a healthcare environment.
